Basic Diagnostic Clincal Observations Training

Our Basic Diagnostic Clinical Observations Training Course is aimed at HCA, carers and support workers. Teaching the skills required to carry out clinical observations. We also offer an advanced level training course to assist in interpretation of the findings.

Learning Outcomes

Basic diagnostic clinical equipment training. Including:

  • Blood pressure
  • Glucometer
  • Urinalysis
  • O2 Sats
  • Pupil reaction

These will give normal parameter ranges.

Advanced level will include:

  • Interpretation
  • Why it is important
  • What this could indicate
